Job Description

Coordenar a governança de projetos de tecnologia e inovação, garantindo alinhamento estratégico com os objetivos da organização.

Realizar o acompanhamento físico e financeiro de iniciativas digitais, com foco em eficiência e retorno sobre investimento.
Gerenciar stakeholders técnicos e de negócio, promovendo comunicação clara e engajamento contínuo.
Supervisionar cronogramas de projetos ágeis e híbridos, assegurando entregas dentro dos prazos e escopo definidos.
Identificar e mitigar riscos tecnológicos, regulatórios e operacionais.
Monitorar e reportar benefícios esperados, como ganho de produtividade, redução de custos ou melhoria da experiência do usuário.
Consolidar dashboards e relatórios executivos com indicadores de performance e status dos projetos.
Apoiar na padronização de processos de inovação, promovendo cultura de melhoria contínua.
Atuar como ponte entre áreas de desenvolvimento, produto, segurança da informação e diretoria.

Qualifications

Formação superior em Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
Experiência sólida em PMO de projetos de tecnologia, inovação ou transformação digital.
Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) e tradicionais (PMBOK, PRINCE2).
Domínio de ferramentas como Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, Excel avançado.
Habilidade de comunicação com equipes técnicas e executivas.
Capacidade analítica, visão estratégica e foco em resultados.
Desejável certificações como PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma.
Experiência com projetos de inovação aberta, inteligência artificial, automação ou ESG.
Vivência em ambientes multinacionais, startups ou hubs de inovação.
Inglês ou espanhol intermediário/avançado.
Conhecimento em gestão de portfólio.
