Job Title Business Performance Manager Job Description Business Performance Manager – Imaging Brazil Responsible for leading Imaging (MR & CT) sales strategy in Brazil, managing a high‑performing specialist team, and driving business growth in a highly competitive and regulated market. Your role: • Lead and execute strategic and tactical sales plans for assigned imaging modalities, applying deep clinical and technical expertise to drive business growth and achieve ambitious sales targets. • Manage, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and impact with care. • Define and execute the commercial strategy for Imaging, including sales funnel management, forecasting, and price escalation/approval for commercial installations, ensuring alignment with Business Unit AOP targets in Brazil. • Collaborate closely with Business Marketing to influence local enablers, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning, ensuring strong go‑to‑market execution and effective support for sales teams. • Ensure excellence in sales operations through accurate CRM management, lead and opportunity forecasting, process discipline, and Lean‑based continuous improvement, while maintaining full compliance with regulatory standards and Philips policies. You're the right fit if: • At least 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry with a Bachelor’s degree or 3 years with a Master’s degree in areas such as Business Development, Clinical Sales, or Service, including people leadership in complex sales environments. • Strong sales acumen, commercial strategy definition, sales forecasting, pipeline management, price escalation, stakeholder management, and the ability to perform under sustained pressure. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or an equivalent field. • Advanced English proficiency, process‑oriented mindset with interest or experience in Lean methodologies and willingness to develop technical knowledge of MRI and CT solutions.
