This role will manage the flow of work across Creative, Strategy, Digital, Intelligence, Design, and Creator teams, ensuring projects are staffed effectively, aligned with business priorities, and delivered with efficiency and high quality. Working closely with regional leadership, local GMs, account teams, and finance, this person will help optimize resource allocation, improve utilization and operational processes, support budgeting and pricing decisions, and strengthen integrated ways of working across LATAM. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, commercially minded, and comfortable navigating fast-paced, cross-functional environments while balancing business needs, team capacity, and client priorities. Advanced English fluency is required, as this role partners regularly with stakeholders across LATAM and North America. Key Responsibilities Oversee LATAM Solutions operations, including workflow management, staffing structures, utilization tracking, budgeting support, and resource allocation across Creative, Strategy, Digital, Intelligence, Design, and Creator teams. Partner with regional practice leads, local GMs, and account teams to align operational priorities with business objectives and client needs. Collaborate on project planning, team structures, and integrated delivery models across regional and local markets. Develop and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and strengthen operational consistency. Establish reporting frameworks and visibility into utilization, workload balancing, team health, and operational performance. Support pricing, quoting, forecasting, and commercial planning alongside finance and leadership teams. Provide operational support for pitches, new business opportunities, and integrated client solutions. Help identify award opportunities and coordinate awards-related operational processes. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and operational excellence across the region. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in resource management, agency operations, project operations, or related operational leadership roles. Experience working within integrated agency, communications, creative, marketing, digital, or consulting environments. Proven experience managing cross-functional workflows, staffing models, resource allocation, and utilization planning. Strong operational and commercial acumen, including exposure to budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and business planning. Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple teams, disciplines, and markets. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Advanced to native-level English fluency required, both written and verbal. Preferred Experience Experience supporting integrated teams across Creative, Strategy, Digital, Intelligence, Creator, or Production functions. Experience working across LATAM markets and within matrixed regional organizations. Familiarity with resource management, workflow, or operational reporting tools and platforms. Experience supporting new business operations, pitch planning, or integrated proposal development. Exposure to operational analytics, automation tools, or AI-enabled workflow solutions. Experience within global communications, marketing, advertising, or consulting organizations.
