Could you be the full-time Digitalization Analyst / Engineer in São Paulo we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your data and business analysis expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.

You'll help shape the transition from manual data collection to an automated gold standard, driving efficiency and accuracy in our processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as IS tools integration teams and operational groups), support the automation and optimization of recurring reports, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of ensuring data is collated and manipulated accurately and efficiently, but also lead the implementation and usage of data visualization tools for designated workstreams.

We’ll look to you for:

Contributing to data and business analysis, as well as data automation and integration

Supporting the transition to automated solutions aligned with IS tool rollouts

Driving the simplification of data to ensure it is understandable and consistent

Leading and controlling the implementation of data visualization tools

Providing process and data analysis support for governance activities

Ensuring quality assurance on data and conducting root cause analysis for errors

Evaluating reporting demands and optimizing reporting processes

Engineering degree or equivalent in IT, data science, or relevant experience

Experience with data automation and data manipulation

English/Portuguese fluency is required, international interface experience

Knowledge of Six Sigma Lean/Green Belt principles

Understanding of data visualization tools and their implementation

Familiarity with process optimization and governance support

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
