Process Engineer
•Ensure stable and efficient production line operations, driving productivity improvements, reducing scrap, enforcing standard work, managing CapEx investments, and applying problem-solving methodologies supported by FMEA and Control Plans.
•Boost productivity and efficiency, increasing output through process optimization, lean practices, and team engagement.
•Achieve cost improvement goals, delivering annual reduction in LMPU and sustaining KPI performance across all production indicators.
•Bachelor's degree in Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, other related areas).
•Previous experience as industrial or process engineering is mandatory and non-negotiable.
•Problem solving skills, capex management skills, lean manufacturing, FMEA and control plan, 8D problem solving.
•Advanced English.
