What the day will look like 

 

  • Lead strategic transformation projects from initiation to delivery, acting as Product Owner with hands-on technical understanding. 

  • Manage the LATAM Performance Management program, refining operational metrics and OKRs, and enhancing governance and reporting. 

  • Promote a data-driven, continuous improvement culture through training, mentoring, and collaboration with D&A teams. 

  • Identify and guide process improvement initiatives across regions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. 

  • Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership, supported by market analysis and benchmarking.

Skills and experience that will lead to success 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or STEM; MBA preferred. Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, or PMI are a plus. 

  • Proven experience in strategy development and transformation, ideally in services or tech-driven environments. 

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives. 

  • Fluent in Spanish and advanced English 

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
