Interaction with all functional and support areas involved in the LATAM Parts and Equipment logistics process is essential to ensure successful implementation.

Essential Responsibilities
- Drive productivity improvements across logistics processes using Lean methodologies and performance metrics.
- Support on operational expenses by tracking logistics costs, analyzing variances, and supporting budget planning and cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop and implement improvements in Visual Management, ensuring support to involved areas.
- Create reports and dashboards to support LATAM Logistics operations management.
- Develop automations to simplify repetitive processes and enhance customer experience.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and simplification projects.
- Engage multiple functional areas to solve demands effectively and quickly.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics operations productivity or data analysis.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
- Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with project management and continuous improvement methodologies.
