This role is responsible for acting as the main focal point for the Amazon account, ensuring strong operational governance, structured routines, and accurate performance tracking.The specialist will serve as the key link between operations, support functions, and the client, driving consistency, accountability, and continuous performance improvement.This position requires frequent interaction with the client in English, including leading meetings and delivering executive-level presentations.
How you create impact
- Act as the primary focal point for the Amazon account, ensuring clear communication and alignment with the client
- Lead client meetings in English, including performance reviews and operational discussions
- Structure and drive operational governance routines (meeting cadence, action tracking, performance rituals)
- Consolidate, analyze, and report operational KPIs (productivity, attendance, quality, SLA, etc.)
- Prepare and deliver executive materials, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) in English
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all reports shared with the client and leadership
- Identify performance gaps and lead action plans with cross-functional teams
- Challenge and support operations to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
- Standardize processes, reports, and information flows
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, HR, Transportation, and Planning teams
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration or related fields
- + 4 years of experience in continuous improvement metrics (turnover, absenteeism, and similar indicators)
- Previous experience with SQL and Power BI
- Advanced English for presentations.
