About the Role

The Digitalization & Data Analytics Manager is responsible for executing the Digitalization & Data Analytics strategy in Brazil, leading the delivery of robotics, automation, advanced analytics, and AI initiatives with clear operational and financial impact.

This is a fast-paced, execution-driven leadership role that combines technical ownership with hands-on delivery. The position leads the end-to-end execution of approved initiatives, from PoCs and pilots to industrialization and deployment, working closely with business, operations, and technology teams to transform priorities into scalable, production-ready solutions.

The role manages two supervisors, coordinates multidisciplinary teams and vendors, and supports internal governance and innovation forums by providing structured status updates, recommendations, and technical inputs. It requires strong proximity to execution while ensuring solutions are standardized, compliant, and scalable nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the approved Digitalization & Data Analytics roadmap aligned with defined business priorities
• Lead end-to-end execution of PoCs, pilots, and projects, from initiation through industrialization and deployment
• Develop and support business cases, including benefit quantification and tracking, in partnership with business and operations teams
• Track delivery progress, manage risks and dependencies, and perform structured escalations when required
• Drive standardization, replication, and enablement of deployed solutions through templates, playbooks, training materials, and KPI reporting for regional and global teams
• Apply, evolve, and enforce defined technical and architectural standards across initiatives
• Orchestrate supervisors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
• Prepare materials, status updates, and recommendations for internal governance and Innovation Committees
• Ensure compliance with security, data protection, procurement, and corporate governance frameworks
• Provide guidance and escalation support to supervisors, enabling effective execution and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or related fields
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred, especially with a focus on innovation, digital transformation, or business strategy
• Certifications in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, or Data Analytics and Cloud platforms are a plus
• Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, including automation, robotics, analytics, and AI, with measurable business impact
• Experience working in multinational, matrixed environments with regional or global exposure
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Solid experience in business case development, solution evaluation, and benefit realization
• Proven capability in vendor coordination and governance, including performance management and compliance with corporate standards
