In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilitiesModernização de Operações
- Apoio na construção, documentação e implementação da modernização do modelo operacional do Command Center, com foco em processos, ferramentas, automação e melhoria contínua;
- Participação na execução de testes e pilotos do novo modelo operacional.
Gestão de Incidentes e Operações
- Mapeamento, documentação e padronização de fontes de abertura de chamados (tickets L1), com proposição de melhorias;
- Apoio na definição e aplicação da matriz de escalonamento entre squads e times operacionais;
- Auxílio na revisão dos papéis de Incident Commander, Communication Lead, Operation Lead, e definição de novos papéis. operacionais
Automação e Eficiência
- Identificação de oportunidades de automação e análise dos melhores caminhos para implementação.
Análise de Indicadores e Comunicação
- Apoio na coleta, estruturação e análise de KPIs do Command Center;
- Criação de relatórios, dashboards e apresentações executivas para acompanhamento da evolução da transformação.
Integração e Colaboração
- Participação em reuniões com Tribos, SREs, Service Management e apoio à integração operacional.
Required educationBachelor's DegreeRequired technical and professional expertise
Requisitos Técnicos:
- Conhecimento prático em ferramentas de monitoramento e gestão de incidentes (Dyanatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ServiceNow, etc.). Noções de ITIL, SRE e boas práticas de automação.
- Familiaridade com gestão de mudanças, incidentes, problemas e métricas operacionais de Command Center.
- Conhecimento profundo em processos de Command Center.
- Conhecimento básico em SQL, Power BI, Jira, Mural será diferencial.
Habilidades Comportamentais: - Atenção a detalhes e organização Boa comunicação com times técnicos Proatividade e senso de dono Facilidade para trabalhar com mudanças e ambientes ágeis.
