Buscamos um(a) profissional com perfil analtico e orientado(a) melhoria
contnua para atuar na otimizao e automao de processos relacionados folha
de pagamento. Essa pessoa ser responsvel por identificar oportunidades de
ganho de eficincia, padronizar rotinas e implementar solues automatizadas,
contribuindo para maior agilidade, confiabilidade e escalabilidade das
operaes.

Principais responsabilidades:

* Mapear, analisar e propor melhorias nos processos de folha de pagamento;
* Desenvolver e automatizar planilhas e controles operacionais;
* Criar templates padronizados para garantir consistncia e eficincia;
* Implementar automaes utilizando Excel (macros/VBA) e outras ferramentas;
* Desenvolver dashboards e relatrios gerenciais (Power BI);
* Atuar na integrao e otimizao de fluxos de trabalho;
* Explorar e aplicar solues de automao com uso de IA quando aplicvel;
* Trabalhar em parceria com stakeholders para evoluo dos processos.

Requisitos obrigatrios:

* Excel avanado (incluindo uso de macros e VBA);
* Experincia com automao de processos;
* Conhecimento em Power BI para criao de dashboards e anlises;
* Capacidade analtica e viso de melhoria contnua;

Diferenciais:

* Conhecimento em Python para automao e anlise de dados;
* Experincia com Power Automate ou outras ferramentas de RPA;
* Vivncia com automaes utilizando inteligncia artificial;
* Conhecimento em integrao de sistemas.
* Experincia com processos de folha de pagamento ou rotinas de RH.
